Jogging

I am now in my 5th week of jogging. I actually really LOVE it now. It may be the bonding I get to have with my daughter and G-daughter that keeps me going. I feel so much better and do actually have more energy. When I first started it zapped my energy and made me VERY hungry. Now, I can actually run longer and faster than my 18 year old daughter, who jogs with me and that makes me feel young. Thank you God for these many blessings!

Are you still jogging? I have been reading about the flat belly diet as well in Prevention magazine. I am not 100% sold that it will make my belly flatter, but it seems to be well balanced and encourages healthy ideas. I am definitely a diet skeptic though... Have you been following it?
